The publisher Shogakukan announced the anime adaptation of the manga Isekai Shikkaku (No Longer Allowed In Another World) by Hiroshi Noda (script) & Takahiro Wakamatsu (drawing)!

Synopsis of the manga Isekai Shikkaku:

Osamu Dazai is one of the best known authors in Japan thanks to his works that touch on suicide and his keen sense of fantasy.

Isekai Shikkaku follows the daily life of Osamu Dazai who, following a suicide attempt with his beloved, finds himself transported to a fantastic world.

Sent to this world to be the hero who will defeat evil, Osamu has only one goal: to find his love who has also washed up in this gigantic kingdom to finish what they had started. However it is in contact with his comrades-in-arms that he will take his new responsibilities in spite of himself!
